Notice of Construction-Maintenance
The time is here and The Serenity Club Board has recognized and is taking action on the much needed repair of our beautiful establishment.
Approximately on May 1 ,2024 construction will start on the foundation of the kitchen floor. This is phase one.
Construction will be from 8:00am until 4:00pm Monday-Friday for about 3-5 weeks. The back entrance, ladies restroom and lockers will not be accessible during this time. A new entry door will be installed in the main room leading into the men’s restroom and will be the only available restroom during this time. Lockers will be taken down and new ones built at the end of the project. All lockers need to be emptied out before May 1st. The club recognizes the inconvenience this will be on storage of supplies for home groups. Coffee, Creamer and Sugar will be supplied during this project. The kitchen cabinets will house these items for each home group to use accordingly for their meeting. Please be courteous and know its for all home groups to use during this time. The coffee maker and sink will be open for use. Cups will not be supplied. Storage bins will be available for any home group that would like to use them for other items and can be stored in the main with your name on it. The club does not take responsibility for these bins or its contents if they are lost or stolen. Meetings between the hours of 8am and 4pm can be held outside. If they choose to still utilize the inside main room please be advised it will be very noisy. The chairs are inside chairs and need to remain indoors. Home groups can suggest individuals bring camper fold out chairs for their comfort. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation with The Serenity Club during this project.
